Service Policies & Customer Commitment

At Hamco Services, we believe trust is built through clear communication and consistent follow-through. These policies help ensure a smooth experience for you — while also protecting the integrity of our family-owned business and maintaining the legal structure of our LLC.

🧾 Estimates & Pricing

We provide clear, upfront estimates for all services. While we do our best to anticipate the full scope of work, unforeseen conditions (such as hidden damage or structural issues) may require adjustments to the estimate. Any such changes will be discussed and approved before continuing. Pricing is based on labor, materials, and time required.

Note: All services are billed by Hamco Services LLC. Estimates are not binding contracts until officially accepted by both parties.

📅 Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life gets busy — and we value your time just as much as ours.

•     Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
•     Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee to help offset lost time.
•     Missed appointments with no notice may result in a service minimum fee or deposit requirement for future bookings.

💳 Payments & Invoicing

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

•     We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved electronic payment methods.
•     A 2.9% processing fee may apply to credit card transactions.
•     Invoices not paid within 10 business days may incur a 5% late fee per 30-day cycle.

All transactions are invoiced through Hamco Services LLC, ensuring financial protection and liability boundaries as defined under Indiana law.

🔧 Workmanship Guarantee

We stand by our work. All labor is covered by a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If an issue arises related to our service, we’ll return to make it right — no runaround.

This guarantee applies to labor only and excludes customer-supplied materials or pre-existing issues not visible at the time of service.

🛑 Liability & Limited Scope

Hamco Services LLC carries liability insurance and operates with care and professionalism at all times. However, by hiring our services, clients agree to the following protections:

•     We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage that arises due to hidden conditions (e.g. internal plumbing issues, faulty wiring, pest damage, water intrusion).
•     We reserve the right to decline or defer any work that, in our judgment, presents a risk to safety, legality, or structural integrity.
•     Our scope does not include full remodels or regulated trade permits unless explicitly stated in writing.

By hiring Hamco Services, clients acknowledge and agree that work is performed under the protection and limitation of Hamco Services LLC, and that no personal liability extends beyond the structure of the business entity.

Any personal information shared with us will only be used to deliver your service, respond to inquiries, or issue receipts/invoices. We do not sell or share your information with third parties. All communication is professional and limited to business-related matters.

We treat every client’s home with respect — and we ask the same in return. Disrespectful, unsafe, or hostile behavior toward our team may result in immediate termination of service

Disclaimer: Hamco Services is a fully insured and registered limited liability company (LLC) operating in Hamilton County, Indiana. All work is performed under the business entity Hamco Services LLC. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues arising from customer-provided materials.
